• Phone reservations: our staff may enter the same details into our reservation system when you book by phone.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social media pixels on this website, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

• To hold your table, send your confirmation email and let you manage or cancel your booking.
• To notify our managers of new reservations and prepare for any requests or allergies.
• To contact you about your reservation if something changes.

We do not send marketing emails. Reservation emails are service messages about your booking only.

Who we share it with

• Our website hosting, database and email delivery providers, who process data on our behalf to run this site.
• Online ordering is handled on a separate site operated by Clover. Information you enter there is governed by Clover's own privacy policy.
• Map and font services (Google) may receive your IP address when those elements load.
• Authorities, if required by law.

Cookies and local storage

The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown. Our staff portal stores a sign-in session in the browser; this is strictly necessary and only applies to authorized staff. Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies, governed by Google's policy. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

Your choices and deletion requests

You can cancel a reservation using the link in your confirmation email. To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or request that it be deleted, call us at (732) 422-9200 or email admin@thailotusnj.com from the email address used for the booking. We will verify the request matches the booking before acting on it, and may retain records the law requires us to keep.

Children

This website is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Reservations should be made by an adult. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
